The Problem

A persona can make a system feel alive, but it can also hide structural decisions behind character voice. The question is not whether persona is good or bad. The question is what job it is doing.

The Solution

This workshop audits real startup and boot files for names, voices, and character layers. The agent surfaces tradeoffs; the human decides what remains as interface and what becomes plain instruction.

You will: study the concept, bring or inspect one real artifact, run the workshop exercise, and leave with a postmortem-backed guardrail.
